I am a fully insured, qualified Reflexologist with a distinction in the Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology (to include Anatomy & Physiology). I trained at The Devon School of Reflexology under Sarah-Jane Holt and my professional membership is with the Association of Reflexologists (AoR).
I have always been interested in Reflexology and find the practice so fascinating, it continually amazes and inspires me. Having experienced first hand just how beneficial this wonderful treatment is and how much it is enjoyed I always look forward to meeting my new clients and sharing my knowledge and experience with them.
Stress is becoming one of the main causes of illness in modern life and can manifest itself in many ways, be it physical, emotional, cognitive and behavioural. In the short term, stress can motivate and help performance, but in the long term, it can have a negative impact on health.
With this in mind, it is important to realise how its effects are presenting themselves and take time for yourself; even just small snippets of time to relax can make the world of difference to your health and well-being.
Reflexology encourages deep relaxation which in turn allows the body to begin to heal and restore, returning to its natural balance known as homeostasis. In this state, stresses and tensions ease and a feeling of calm and well-being is created.
The start of the journey to better health.
