Occasional Volunteering
Many residents in Cullompton don’t have much time to
volunteer to support clubs and events.
However, they often feel that it would be good to give something back to
the town.
Events such as this festival is an opportunity to make people
aware of our clubs and organisations, what they do and how their regular
volunteers work with them.
We would also like to build a register of occasional
volunteers including their preferences so that when a special event is being
held, we can email appropriate volunteers on the list and ask for help.
This leaves the decision to get involved with the volunteer and
assuming that they are willing and available they can respond without feeling
any pressure..
